They sent me wrong item and they…

They sent me wrong item and they refused to replace it with correct one ,they needed me to return it on my charge with 6 dollars and if i need it to be deleivered fast to pay 35 dollars as a priority deleivery ,worst cutomer service kept me online for more that 45 minutes then they disconnected the chat

The worst return policy I have ever…

The worst return policy I have ever encountered. Why would any company in 2022, hold on to your funds for almost a month after receiving the item. I returned my item since Dec 22nd and still waiting on my refund. I called customer service and was informed they process return 10-14 business day after they received their product. That is almost a month after you have received your product. It doesn’t make sense. This is my first online encounter with this company and can’t believe the service. Also called customer service in regards to my refund and representative was rude.

I called and emailed to get an upadate about my order last 6/18 , I spoke with the lady over the phone and she kept me waiting while she trying to find out what happened to my order. Our converstation ended without me telling what really happen to my order, why shipping taking too long, her answer only was “I will send you an email within the day about the status of your order” . Until now, I dont received an email from them!. What a poor customer service , they cant tell you right away about the status of your order then they lied to you that they send an email within the day!! I will not order again on their website, so sad that I just started to like their products but now because of veryyyyy poor customer service I am beggining not to like KL!.
